Matik Association Management

Each individual home owners association is unique in its needs and requests and Matik Management can curtail our management to fit your exact needs. Matik Management will take direction from the association board to complete tasks on behalf of the association. Generally this includes collection of dues, payment of invoices, financial reports, project bids, record keeping, handling of complaints from owners, enforcement of the declaration, etc.

In addition to these general items Matik Management offers the association and the individual owners our resources such as maintenance techs employed by Matik Management, snow removal, lawn care, common area cleaning and 24 hour emergency on call maintenance.
